1. Who we are
This website, aionresearch.io, is operated by ARC (Aion Research Corp.), referred to here as “ARC”, “we” and “us”. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, write to nikos@aionresearch.io.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact, consultation or newsletter form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, work email address, company, role and message, along with anything else you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies. The site uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and analytics tags, which may set cookies or read similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may work differently if you do.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your enquiry and to scope or propose work, to send updates or materials you asked for, to understand how the site is used and improve it, to protect the site and our business from misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our website host and form handler (Webflow), Google (for example Tag Manager and Search Console), and email or scheduling tools. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when the law requires it, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Client engagements
Information you or your organisation share with us while we work together on a project is governed by the agreement we sign for that work. Where that agreement and this policy differ, the agreement applies to that information.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as it is needed to respond, to manage the business relationship, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner, as described below.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message or by writing to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local regulator. To exercise a right, email nikos@aionresearch.io.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
